Shipping FAQ

 Does the furniture arrive assembled?

The only required assembly will be the installation of some of the legs on some of the tables.

 How difficult are the legs to assemble?

Simply insert Tab “A” into Slot “B”

Will the driver set-up my furniture?

No, drivers are only responsible for door to door deliver.  They are not contracted for delivery into a property or furniture setup.

 How is my furniture shipped?

Small items are shipped UPS, larger items will be shipped by freight carrier.  Freight items are securely attached to a pallet and wrapped tightly with bubble wrap and cardboard.

 From where is my furniture being shipped?

From Teak Furniture Gallery’s warehouse located in Titusville, Florida.

 If I order now, can I have my order held and shipped at a later date?

Yes, we can hold your furniture in our warehouse to ship later.

 Do you accept International orders, or ship Internationally?

We do accept International orders.  We will work with and deliver to your freight forwarder in the United States.   The shipment then becomes your responsibility.

 I there a way I can track my furniture during shipment?

Yes, each order has a tracking number assigned to it from our shipping vendors.  We will provide you with this number in a shipping acknowledgement email at the time your order leaves our warehouse.

 Will I be contacted prior to the arrival of my furniture?

UPS does not contact prior to delivery.  Ground freight carriers will call to set-up a deliver time for residential deliveries, but not for commercial location deliveries.

 Do I need to be present for my delivery?

Not for UPS, they will deliver if you are home or not.  If you are receiving large items being delivered by a ground freight carrier you will need to be present.  Please thoroughly inspect your delivery inside as well as outside and note any damage on your driver’s receipt.  Please have the driver sign this receipt.

 What do I do if I find damage to my shipment?

Please make sure you note this on the driver’s receipt and have the driver sign it.  Then call Teak Furniture Gallery at 1-800-417-7337 ASAP and we will take care of everything.  We will file a claim with the Freight Company (this must be done within 10 days).  We will prepare a replacement of your Teak Furniture to be shipped within 5 working days after receiving notification of the damage.  All this is at not cost to you! 

What about returns?

Teak Furniture Gallery offers a full refund including shipping cost if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase.
